Modified and maintained existing financial applications for allocations/adjustments,
planning input, and reporting. This application was very carefully and neatly
implemented, getting every ounce of programmability out of Lotus 1-2-3 macros. It
was a maintenance nightmare with no roadmap; impenetrable. The project goals were met
in spite of this, but I sure hope they port that puppy to Excel/VBA.
Tools: Essbase (an OLAP database), Lotus 1-2-3 macros
