Managed a JMS programmer in building and deploying a Mediator object (based on the Design Pattern from GoF) to handle message flow problems in a clustered, multi-node JMS messaging network. Joined the Mediator project as manager when it was already well underway. Facilitated communication and issue resolution between a very technical programmer and a manager for the client who was not fluent in English. This was challenging in a telecommuting/conference call environment.
