Guided the non-technical team of artists and content providers in creating realistic attainable goals. Created a software specification to nail these down. Hired, trained, and managed a QA team, created bug resolution procedures and ran bug meetings while fielding new feature requests and fixing bugs (Yes, it was an exciting time).

Sole programmer and test lead for a three-CD multimedia instructional business simulation on investing in the foreign exchange market. Took a large body of hastily written out-of-date code and whipped it into a maintainable product which could be used as a foundation for more titles in the series. Created a development tool for populating a database with complex relations. Wrote security code.
