Joined the TSJMS project while it was on hold. Ramped up a team of 3 JMS programmers to resume building and deploying a custom clustered, multi-node JMS service provider. Applied the estimation and status tracking documentation processes developed for Stock Market Server to a project that was already Alpha. Coordinated programmers' availability and gathered technical information on project status and projected completion times for specific tasks. Reviewed source code for an implementation of a JMS service provider.
